Delete Your BuddhaChat Account

You can request deletion of your BuddhaChat account and associated data either inside the App or by email, including after you have uninstalled the App.

Delete in the App

1. Open BuddhaChat and go to Me.
2. Open your account settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the request.

Request Deletion Online

Email us from the address linked to your account when possible. Include the display name used in BuddhaChat and any other information that can help us locate the account. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or authentication codes.

Email an Account Deletion Request

We may ask for limited information to verify that the requester controls the account. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days and will email you when the request is complete.

What Is Deleted

• Your BuddhaChat authentication account and profile.
• Account-linked practice records, notification tokens, memberships, invitations, and service mappings in our primary systems.
• Analytics events linked to your BuddhaChat account identifier. Aggregated or anonymous analytics that cannot reasonably identify your account may remain.
• Ask history and optional memory that our connected services support deleting.
• Purchase entitlement links held by BuddhaChat or RevenueCat. Store transaction records remain governed by Apple App Store or Google Play requirements.

Content already shared with other users in a Community conversation may remain in conversation history in a de-identified form. Include details of any specific Community content you want us to review for removal. Limited records may also be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backups, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Cancel Subscriptions Separately

Deleting your BuddhaChat account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store account where you purchased it to prevent future renewals.
