BuddhaChat Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance: BuddhaChat prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across all Community, Q&A, messaging, profile, and media features.

Our Response

We review child-safety reports and take action appropriate to the evidence and applicable law. Actions may include removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant records, and preventing further distribution. We do not tolerate retaliation against people who report child-safety concerns in good faith.

Legal Compliance and Reporting

BuddhaChat complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. When we confirm apparent CSAM or another reportable child-safety offense, we will preserve and report relevant information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority as required by applicable law.
