By accessing or using BuddhaChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
BuddhaChat is a spiritual wellness application that provides meditation practice tracking, AI-powered spiritual guidance, community features (Dojos), activity feeds, and premium subscription content. The App is designed to support your mindfulness and spiritual growth journey.
You may use the App anonymously or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: BuddhaChat offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Membership and Daily Offering) available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Subscriptions provide access to premium features and content.
Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period.
Certain physical products (such as meditation accessories and spiritual items) may be available for purchase through PayPal. By placing an order:
You may post questions, comments, and messages through the App's community features. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the App. You retain ownership of your content.

The Ask feature provides AI-generated spiritual guidance. This content is for informational and inspirational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise). Always consult qualified professionals for specific concerns.
The App offers an optional voice input feature that uses your device's microphone to convert speech to text. By using this feature, you consent to the temporary recording and transmission of audio for transcription purposes only. You may disable microphone access at any time through your device settings.
When participating in Dojos and community features, you agree to treat all members with respect and compassion, consistent with the spirit of mindful practice. Harassment, hate speech, and discriminatory behavior are prohibited.
The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of BuddhaChat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuddhaChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BuddhaChat operates.
