Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Apple or Google verification codes, or suspected child sexual abuse material through WhatsApp or email.
Include These Details
- Your BuddhaChat display name and the sign-in method you use.
- Your device model and operating system version.
- A short description of the issue and the steps that caused it.
- A screenshot, if it does not contain private or sensitive information.
- For purchase questions, the store used and the order or transaction reference. Do not send full payment details.
Account and Subscription Help
- To delete an account, follow the instructions on our Account Deletion page.
- To cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, use the subscription settings in the store where it was purchased.
- For digital purchase restoration, use Restore Purchase in BuddhaChat.
Safety Reports
Use the in-app Report and Block actions for Community content. For urgent child-safety concerns, follow our Child Safety Standards. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM.
